Cost Sharing Process
Healthsharing is a simple, stress-free, and affordable way to manage your healthcare. By contributing a monthly share, you join a community that keeps costs low and care abundant—offering a transparent, compassionate alternative to traditional healthcare.
A PORTION OF YOUR CONTRIBUTION IS DESIGNATED FOR SHARING REQUESTS
PRESENT YOUR ID CARD
Your Lelio Health ID Card gives the provider everything they need to file a sharing request for reimbursement
THE SHARING REQUEST IS REVIEWED
The sharing request is reviewed against the member’s program, dates of services, and to determine eligible services.
PROVIDER PAID
The provider is paid the eligible amount. Any remaining amount may be billed to the member by the provider.
VISIT YOUR PROVIDER
Select a provider from the PHCS Network for reduced prices or visit any provider willing to see you.
PROVIDER SUBMITS THE SHARING REQUEST
The provider submits the sharing request (via mail or electronically) to Lelio Health
SHARE REQUEST APPROVED
The Share Request is approved for the eligible amount and the ShareBox is updated denoting how the Share Request was shared among the membership
EXPLANATION OF SHARING SENT
The Member receives an Explanation of Sharing showing how much was paid to the provider, what wasn’t sharable, and any remaining balance for potential personal responsibility.
